THANKSGIVING 2023
Fellow Buzzards,
After 43 years of “Offending the Masses,” the Bovine Buzzard Invitational Golf Tournament has officially come to an end. We knew this day was coming, but it was important to us that we go out on a high note (or, perhaps, we just wanted to go out and get high?). We felt the tournament this past June checked all the boxes: great group of people, great golf course, great weather, great food.
We’re honored to have hosted this event for so many wonderful people, and we’re grateful for all the friendships we’ve made along the way. This started out in 1980 as a family event with just 8 players, and the family grew to more than 450 golfers over the next 4+ decades. We hope you’ve enjoyed our special brand of “irreverent incompetence.” We’ll sign off by simply saying thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped make this a truly unique event.
